To further position and develop our (Young) Talent Development Programs, we are looking for a driven and talented Learning & Development Consultant – (Young) Talent Development Programs

What will you do?

In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing and managing innovative (Young) Talent Development programs. You’ll collaborate closely with a team of consultants, business development specialists, project managers, and our clients. This is a broad, dynamic position in which you will:

  • Design and develop groundbreaking learning programs and client-specific learning environments, from high-level concepts to detailed training day scripts.
  • Partner with L&D stakeholders to explore how our solutions can best serve their organizations.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop innovative talent programs for young professionals.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and improve existing programs.
  • Advise clients (typically HR or L&D teams) on the best solutions for their organization.
  • Manage and expand the client portfolio, with a strong focus on building customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the Sales department to identify new business opportunities such as cross-selling, upselling, and additional service offerings.

What do you bring?

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Educational Sciences).
  • Experience in consultancy, ideally in the training and development sector; international experience is a plus.
  • Expertise in designing and/or program-managing Young Talent or leadership development programs.
  • A commercial mindset and proven experience in presenting and facilitating sessions, including leading discussions and co-creation processes with clients and internal teams.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English (written and spoken).
  • An enthusiastic team player who excels in stakeholder management at all levels of an organization.
  • A solution-focused approach coupled with a growth mindset.
