To strengthen our growing team within the Public Domain in the Netherlands, we are looking for an experienced and driven:
What will you do?
As a Senior Consultant within the Public Domain team, you will design and implement impactful learning programs that meet the needs of our clients in healthcare, education and government. You will play a key role in developing and implementing leadership and/or team development programs. You collaborate with colleagues and clients on programs that inspire employees to contribute to their organizations with joy and effectiveness.
In addition:
- Develop learning programs in collaboration with clients and implement them together with an energetic team.
- Deliver added value from your experience and knowledge in the field of learning and development.
- Draw up creative and effective proposals, not shying away from 'the puzzle' of tenders.
- Work closely with project coordinators and l&d professionals within Relevance to ensure sustainable and high quality services.
- Work with (external) clients to shape blended learning programs, including the use of online learning platforms.
- Take responsibility for onboarding and collaboration with external trainers and experts within your projects.
Requirements
What do you bring?
- You have experience with leadership and/or team development projects in the public domain, such as healthcare, education and government.
- You have a passion for learning and development, and your drive is to develop programs that make real impact.
- You have a bachelor or master degree in, for example, (business) psychology, anthropology, education science or a similar field.
- You have experience with online learning platforms and blended learning solutions.
- You are a team player, solution-oriented and strong communicator, both in Dutch and English.
- You have affinity with preparing proposals and tenders within complex processes.
- Diversity of ideas, passion for learning and development and a drive to make an energetic contribution to society through impactful learning interventions.
